Are refunds available?

Each order is custom made just for you. These are hand made items and no 2 orders are the same. Refunds cannot be issued on custom items. If there is an issue with your order please contact us upon delivery and we can see what the options are.

How do I upload my photo that I want to use for my order?

Once Ordered, please email your photo 

that you would like used for your order along with your receipt/order number to

What are the payment options?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I ship world wide. Please order in advance as international shipping can take up to 6 weeks.

Shipping/Delivery

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.

All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed on holidays will also begin processing on the following business day.

• There are NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES (Each item is custom made to your liking)
• All items including shipping cost must be paid for before anything is shipped. 
• Customer is responsible for all postage fees. 
• I do not require signatures on any packages unless requested.
• I only use USPS for mailing services. If you would like us to use anything else you will be responsible to provide shipping label. 
• An agreement is formed between buyer/seller on arrival time for all orders placed. No changes can be made to this date from by the buyer and items should not be expected sooner then agreed date.
• Are prices are FINAL. I do work with your budget so if something we have does not fit within your budget we can come up with alternative designs to fit your budget. No discounts are offered
